Its Valentines Day Today

Today is a Valentines Day!

Yes it is. .
But do you how does the celebration of Valentines day started?  Well, this time let me tell you one of those countless story about its origin.

One of the legend said that there was this person called Valentin. He was a humble , good and a  kind person who  always had an open arms to others.  One time in his life, there was a girl who was in fifty-fifty condition.  For this girl to survive, she needs a new heart to be transplanted in substitute to her old-ill heart.  Valentine, on the other hand, feel pity with the girl.  Because of his generous personality, he thought that his life will have a greater sense if he will give his heart to the girl.  So he offered his heart to the girl on that very day were until now we celebrate it as the day of hearts.

Before I take  my hands off in this keyboard, let me tell you this one simple thought.  Today is not just the moment with our special someone,but rather its also a day to let our hearts open to other person and share our love with one another as what our God above wanted.

I am Just Curious

Last night when I went home I was persuaded by my friend to watch a movie. Immediately, to the title that she uttered I was really encouraged to take a look at it because of my curiosity. 

That movie was entitle "The Teeth".  Well, I was really so excited to watch it since it was one of those scenes that I wanted to know.  In spite of its catching trailer, the story itself was very unique.

Before I will give you an idea about the movie, let me first ask you this question.  

Do you believe in Vagina Dentata?

If you are curious and interested to know about it.  Google it and have watch the Movie "The Teeth".  I assure you, you will discover undiscover things upon watching it. . .

A Surprised Victory

"The lesser you expect things to come, the greater it's possibility to happen."
These are the words ruining in my mind after such unexpected experience end up my day.

When I was in elementary  until the later days of my high school life, I used to draw and sketch different images or even scenario.  Well, I think I just get this inheritance from my uncle who is also a painter in our barrio (he is now in heaven).  Because of him, I have developed my skills, thus developing also my passion in drawing.    I joined drawing contest aiming to be a champion but sad to say seldom disgrace.  Whenever I join, it was always in my expectation to win.

A great part of my unforgettable moments was filled when the "Buwan ng Wika" spoils in the community of every Filipino. I went to school early in the morning just to check in The NORSUnian's office if there's a comment on my article.  Upon bearing my fresh poise in the hallway, a certain friend of mine informed me that I will be the one who will represent our college in a slogan making contest. I was shocked at that time knowing that I have no preparation to what I will going to write.  Half way going to the office,my shock feeling was now become worst as it was added by nervous, after I have seen my co-TN staff who were actually will be my contingents (cartoonist, artist sa TN, kontrahon nako? gush!! eye,nose,mouth ug tanang bleed sa lawas mahitabu).
I was setting my mind at that time, puzzling things to what is the best thing to do. (Maapil pa ba ko or dili?)
I decided to see Gov in her office and confront her why I was not inform earlier.  She told me that there's no choice but for me to join "Bahalag win or lose, basta naa ra tay(referring to our college) participation", she said.
I got the point of Gov so I decided to pursue it just for fun.  I prepared and just make a simple thought for my slogan.

"Lahat tayo'y magkaisa
Taas noo kung sino ka
Ako, Ikaw, Kayo, Tayo
Mga lahing Pilipino"

I was really upset and surprise by the time that 'the just for fun work' was announce the champion for the slogan making contest (wrong pa jud ang trophe nga nahatag).  It was really a super duper unexpected day.

Behind this all, let's be guided that everything happens for a reason, do not lose hope and just do all things with fun. Whatever it takes, maybe loss or win.

Busy Days

It's been 4 days and 3 nights had passed since the last time I create my blog.  Well, sorry guys because i'm just doing my responsibility being a student pharmacist.  A night ago, I gave my time studying and memorizing a 45 pages for the other day Human Anatomy unit test plus 2 quizzes in Public Health.  Well, it's just a part of a student's life.  Anyway, just set aside those things because I have something unexpectable experiences to share. But not now because I'm running out of time (wa na koy time, Philo class na namon). Just watch it out on the other day, I will really post it :)ys
